  • We want to be transparent about what your vendor deposit covers and why it's essential to the success of The Art of Alcohol. This deposit goes directly toward creating a high-quality, well-organized experience for both vendors and guests.

    Here’s a breakdown of what it supports:

    1. Event Permitting & Space Rental

    We’re shutting down a lot for this event to create an open-air tasting experience and vendor showcase. This requires multiple permits (city, health, event) and associated fees to ensure we’re fully compliant and can host a seamless activation.

    2. Tables

    We’ll be providing vendors with essentials such as tables.

    3. Staffing & Security

    Your deposit also supports staff to help with load-in/load-out, guest management, and event security—ensuring your experience is safe, smooth, and successful.

    4. Marketing & Promotions

    As a participating vendor, your brand will be featured across our digital marketing channels, printed programs, and on-site signage maximizing visibility

  • Volunteers may assist with event setup, registration, attendee guidance, pouring, session support, or general event operations.

  • Shifts typically last 3-4 hours, but we’ll provide a detailed schedule in advance.

  • Yes! Volunteers will receive event access and a branded t-shirt outside their shift. Event Access will be determined closer to event date

  • No drinking is allowed during the volunteer window. If you are drinking you will be asked to leave.

  • Sessions should be 30-45 minutes long, including time for Q&A.

  • The competition will focus on creativity, presentation, and taste. Specific guidelines will be shared upon acceptance.

  • Yes, competitors should bring their own ingredients and tools. We will provide ice, spirits, and basic barware if needed.

  • No, there is no fee to enter the competition.

  • Be prepared to make small samples for a panel of judges and potentially for event attendees during the tasting segment.
